Norwich's only unplugged venue featuring only the very best musicians, songwriters and vocalists from across the region. On the first Wednesday of every month for the whole of 2011 we will be transforming the marquee's inside St Gregory's into a magical den of music, laughter and creative sharing. Join us and our favourite musicians for a TRULY unique experience as they play unplugged, up close and personal in the most beautiful and intimate setting around. Limited to 50 tickets. NOEL DASHWOOD Known for his incredible band Dumbfoundus this extremely talented man plays a feast of different instruments. He has had rather an illustrious year which included playing at the London O2 in the final of Live & Unsigned and playing at the Christmas lights turn on at Chapelfield alongside Diversity. He has written some songs especially for this event about our fair city of Norwich and I for one can't wait to hear them. http://www.dumbfoundus.com/ SULA MAE DEANE This talented lady was a finalist in Future radio's Next Big Thing competition in 2009 and is known for her spectacular vocal range and quirky songs. She is often likened to Joanna Newsom and Regina Spectar with very good cause. She has now teamed up with two brilliant guitarists so be prepared an exciting new sound. http://www.myspace.com/sulamaemusic JASPER TAYLOR One of the lead vocalists and songwriters for the undeniable force that is Cakes & Ale, possibly the regions finest folk band. He is known for his powerful vocals and infectious songs, firmly placing him as one of the regions most prominent songwriters. He spent 2010 touring the country and Europe, playing at the fantastic Autobahn festival in Germany. His band also won the prestigious Arts Council Escalator grant for their music in 2010 so expect to see much more from this brilliant man. http://www.myspace.com/cakesandaleband Tickets are £4 in advance or £5 on the door, limited to 50 in total so book early to avoid disappointment.
