Artist : Joe G

Joe’s first album, Landscape, deals with themes of friendship, love and politics.

Joe G is an independent artist who records all the instruments in his music himself, sometimes with co-production and guitar work from Harry Chaplin. His first album, Landscape, mixed and mastered by Jon ‘Riffioso’ Hockley, was released in September 2018 for free online and is the first of 2 albums Joe wrote whilst studying history at Goldsmiths in London. His songs acted as his therapy during this time and deal with themes of friendship, love and politics. Some of his musical influences are Green Day, Avenged Sevenfold, The Weeknd, Muse and Pink Floyd. Songs from Landscape have been played on BBC Introducing in Suffolk and Joe has been performing relentlessly around the county since it’s release, be it solo at open mic nights or with a full band at venues in Ipswich such as the Music Room and The Smokehouse. Joe will release his second album in 2019.
