We're delighted to announce the launch of a new regular, monthly, all-ages spoken word open mic, in Ipswich.

Every month we'll be at Ipswich Community Media's new Community Cafe, Roots, on the 3rd Thursday of the month. Free entry, 4pm - 6pm.

This event is all-ages, so it will be family friendly (no adult content/language). All ages are welcome to take part, and we especially hope to reach local young people for this event, as we know there are so very few options for talented young writers and performers to share their work. As always, we champion intergnerational dialogue so this event will be a place where all ages can gather, speak, listen and share their poems, stories, ideas, hopes and dreams.
